A microwave is an electric machine that uses electromagnetic radiations to warm and cook foods. Microwaves are regarded by many people all over the world because it’s faster and convenient than a stove or jiko.

List of Diseases caused by microwave ovens

As much as we embrace its benefits, we should bear in mind that it uses electromagnetic radiations which are risky to the body.

List of Diseases caused by microwave ovens

Here are diseases and effects caused by microwaving food as highlighted on  loveinspireamaze.com

1.Cancer

The electromagnetic radiations are carcinogenic in nature. All carcinogenic substances cause cancer. It’s reported that people who frequently microwave their foodstuffs are probable to fall victim to cancer. The cancer is attributed to the accumulation of radiations in the body.

2. Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleeping disorder. The brain is an organ that controls the whole body. It’s reported that radiations interfere with the production of melatonin hormone in the brain. This later causes insomnia. Scientifically, insomnia is a disease that affects the well-being of the body.

3. Fatigue

Fatigue is simply exhaustion. It occurs when the body fails to get rid of lactic acid that has accumulated in the body as result of anaerobic transpiration. In this case, electromagnetic radiations curtail efficient supply of oxygen to get rid of lactic acid hence leading to fatigue.

Other diseases caused by microwaving food include heart attack , vitamin deficiency and many others.

In other cases when such ladies wear sleeveless tops, they are careful not to lift their hands especially in the presence of crowds or people who may have a crush on them.

However, such ladies are in luck as there are several ways they can use to lighten their underarms without using a lot of money. Check some below.

1. Using potatoes

Potatoes are a great way to lighten dark armpits as they have a mild acidic property. All one has to do is to cut a thin slice the potato then rub it on their underarms. Another option is to grate the potato and apply the juice on the underarm. The juice should be allowed to dry for a period of 25 to 30 minutes after which it should be washed in lukewarm water. One should be able to notice the results in about a month’s time. Other than being cheap, it will not cause skin irritation.

2. Using lemons

Lemons are known for their bleaching properties. One only has to cut the lemon into two slices then rub the juice on the armpits. The juice should be allowed to dry off for about 10 minutes then the area be washed. This exercise should be repeated few times in a week before the results are seen. However, one should note that lemon juice can dry out ones skin and so a moisturiser should be applied once one is done.

3. Baking soda

Other than baking soda being used to whiten teeth, it can also be used to lighten dark armpits. All you have to do is mix the baking soda with water so as to make a thick paste. The paste should then be used to scrub the armpits after which it should be left for a period of 20 to 30 minutes. The paste should then be washed off. This exercise should be repeated as often as possible.

4. Other ways

Other than using the above ways, one can also lighten dark armpits using coconut oil and orange pills. The coconut oil should be massaged and the oil left for about 10 to 15 minutes on the armpit. It should then be washed off with mild soap and lukewarm water. The exercise should be repeated three times a day until the desired results are achieved.

As for the orange pills, they should be dried under the sun for a few days and then ground into powder form. Two teaspoonfuls of the powder should then be mixed with enough rose water and milk to make a paste. The paste should then be scrubbed under the armpits and left for about 15 minutes. The armpits should be washed with cold water and the exercise repeated thrice a week.
