Fuliza M-PESA is a new overdraft service that allows M-PESA customers to complete their M-PESA transactions when they have insufficient funds in their accounts.

Here’s how you can register and use the service -:

Dial *234# and select Fuliza M-PESA to opt in. You need to be an M-PESA registered customer with an active Safaricom line.
Once you have opted in, you can Dial *234# and Select Fuliza M-PESA to check your limit, balance, mini statement, and opt-out option. Every time you transact using Fuliza, you will receive an SMS with the outstanding Fuliza amount.

You can also install the mySafaricom app that is available on Android and iOS. The app allows you to monitor your Fuliza without having to dial *234#

Fuliza M-Pesa does not allow you to withdraw money.

Every M-PESA registered line will be treated as a different account. Each mobile number will qualify for Fuliza M-PESA and will be awarded a limit. This limit will be reviewed every 3 months depending on your usage.

You can use it as many times as needed as long as you are within the allocated Fuliza M-PESA limit.

Try hiding your caller ID. It is usually important and it helps in masking your identity when calling a person who blocked you. The recipient won’t be able to know who is calling them and this may prompt her or him to answer your call.

If you need to disguise your caller ID on iPhone, go to your settings and click the “Phone” section of the settings. Select “Show My Caller ID” and then turn it off.

For android devices, on settings, select call, then click additional. Once you are there, select Caller ID, under it click Hide Number. Your calls will remain hidden.

2. Dial *67

This code will simply mask your number and appear as “unknown” or private number to the recipient. Before entering the number you wish to call, first dial *67 followed with the number. For instance, *670708111111.

3. Download an app that generates a random phone number.

There are various free apps that you can download from the Google Play Store. This app will generate a random number that you can use to call somebody who is not even using the app. With these apps, the receiver won’t be able to trace the person calling them.

4. Change your number

This can be the best option. Buy another line and give her or him a call.

Safaricom Home Fibre is a service that allows you to have fast, reliable, and unlimited internet access from the comfort of your home. Once registered you will be given a Wi-Fi router that will enable you to have wireless and LAN internet access.

You must be living within any of the Safaricom Home Fibre Zones. You check the coverage through the Safaricom website here. If you are is not covered, Safaricom allows you to submit coverage requests.

If you are lucky and your area is covered, all you have to do to get connected to the service is Simply contact Safaricom by sending an SMS ‘FIBRE’ to 400 or visiting any of our Retail Shops;

Safaricom will call you back within 48 hours. Fill and hand in the Safaricom Home Fibre Application Form which will be provided to you.

Once you complete the Safaricom Home Fibre form, the Safaricom representative will give you an Account Number that you will use to make payment in one of the following ways:

Dial *400# and follow the steps
Pay via M-PESA by using the Safaricom Home Pay bill number 150501
Pay at any Safaricom shop.

Once you make payment, Safaricom will connect you to the Service within 48 hours, subject to you granting their representatives access to your home.

As part of the installation process, they will provide you with a Wi-Fi router that will enable you to access the Wi-Fi network within your home. They will set up the Wi-Fi network and configure your username and password which you require to access the Service.

Fuliza M-Pesa is an overdraft loan facility launched by Safaricom in partnership with Commercial Bank of Africa. See below, attached pictures of How to Fuliza M-Pesa. The loan facility allows you to complete your Mpesa transactions even if you have zero or insufficient funds in your Mpesa account.

How to Fuliza

The service was initially intended for the other service offered by the company such as Lipa Na M-Pesa, Buy Goods via till number and Pay Bill as well as Send money. But Kenyans being Kenyans took advantage of it and termed it as Fuliza loan.

Steps to Fuliza

Dial *234# on your smartphone.
Select 0 as your first option “Fuliza M-Pesa”.
Then, select 1 (YES) to get started.
Lastly, select 1(YES) again to accept terms and conditions, and you’re good to go.

How to withdraw from Fuliza M-Pesa.

You may only use the Fuliza Money in your account to complete mpesa transactions that is ;

Paying via Lipa Na Mpesa
Sending money to M-PESA users;

Currently, there is no option of directly withdrawing the fuliza money from your account apart from the two available options above
